Fase 1: Phase 1: Weeks 1-2 (Uge 1–2)
Restriktioner:
- Recurrent aspiration pneumonia requiring further surgery
- Failed decannulation (may require total laryngectomy)
Kontakt dit behandlerteam hvis:
- Tracheostomy obstruction (cannot breathe)
- Aspiration event with respiratory distress
- Stomal hemorrhage
- Fever with productive cough (aspiration pneumonia)
- Wound dehiscence
Fase 2: Phase 2: Weeks 3-4 (Uge 3–4)
Fase 3: Phase 3: Weeks 5-6 (Uge 5–6)
