Restitutionens faser
Fase 1: Phase 1: Weeks 1-2 (Uge 1–2)
Restriktioner:
- Suspected or confirmed anastomotic leak requiring re-operation or drainage
- Prolonged post-operative ileus or bowel obstruction requiring hospitalization
- New ostomy requiring specialized stoma teaching not yet completed
- Hemodynamic instability or ongoing sepsis
Kontakt dit behandlerteam hvis:
- Severe, worsening abdominal pain with fever and a rigid, distended abdomen (anastomotic leak or peritonitis)
- Persistent vomiting with no passage of gas or stool and abdominal swelling (bowel obstruction)
- Heavy rectal bleeding or large blood clots
- Wound edges separating with gush of fluid or visible deeper tissue (dehiscence)
- Sudden chest pain or shortness of breath (blood clot concern)
- Foul drainage, redness, and fever from the incision (deep wound infection)
Fase 2: Phase 2: Weeks 3-4 (Uge 3–4)
Fase 3: Phase 3: Weeks 5-6 (Uge 5–6)
