Fase 1: Phase 1: Weeks 1-2 (dækker uge 1–2).
Restriktioner
- Stoma necrosis (dusky, dark, or black stoma indicating ischemia)
- Stoma retraction below skin level requiring surgical revision
- Parastomal hernia requiring urgent repair
- Complete stoma obstruction not relieved with conservative measures
- Active peristomal wound infection requiring specialized wound care
Kontakt dit behandlerteam denne uge hvis:
- Stoma turned dark purple, blue, or black (ischemia — surgical emergency)
- No stoma output for more than 48-72 hours with abdominal distension, nausea, or vomiting (obstruction)
- Large-volume bleeding from stoma or around stoma base (not minor surface oozing)
- Stoma prolapsed more than 6 cm and cannot be gently reduced or appears dusky
- Severe abdominal pain with fever and signs of peritonitis
