Fase 1: Phase 1: Weeks 0-2 (dækker uge 0–2).
Restriktioner
- Active peritonitis or intra-abdominal sepsis
- Tube dislodgement before stoma maturation (requires urgent surgical evaluation)
- Buried bumper syndrome with inability to feed
- Significant peristomal skin breakdown with infection

- Tube falls out completely before stoma has matured (within first 4 weeks) — stoma can close within hours
- Severe abdominal pain with rigidity or guarding after tube manipulation (possible peritonitis)
- Bright red blood from the stoma or in tube drainage that does not stop with gentle pressure
- Feeding formula leaking into the abdominal cavity (abdominal distension, pain, fever)
- Inability to flush tube despite all unclogging measures and patient is NPO
- High fever with abdominal tenderness around the tube site
