Restitutionens faser
Fase 1: Phase 1: Weeks 0-2 (Uge 0–2)
Restriktioner:
- Active peritonitis or intra-abdominal sepsis
- Tube dislodgement before stoma maturation (requires urgent surgical evaluation)
- Small bowel obstruction distal to the tube
- Significant ischemia of jejunal segment near tube
Kontakt dit behandlerteam hvis:
- Tube falls out before stoma maturation — jejunal stoma closes faster than gastric stoma; go to ER immediately
- Severe cramping abdominal pain with distension (possible small bowel obstruction or volvulus)
- Bright red blood from stoma or in tube drainage
- Signs of peritonitis: rigid abdomen, fever, worsening diffuse pain
- Inability to flush tube and patient is NPO with no alternative access
Fase 2: Phase 2: Weeks 2-4 (Uge 2–4)
