Restitutionens faser
Fase 1: Phase 1: Weeks 0-1 (Uge 0–1)
Restriktioner:
- Uncontrolled source of ongoing contamination requiring surgical management
- Sepsis not responding to drainage and antibiotics
- Latex allergy (if latex Penrose used; silicone alternative required)
Kontakt dit behandlerteam hvis:
- Heavy bleeding from the drain site or wound
- Fever above 38.5C with increasing redness, swelling, and pain spreading from the wound
- Drain falls out completely and cavity has not healed
- Foul-smelling drainage with systemic symptoms (confusion, rapid heart rate, chills)
- Red streaks extending from the wound (lymphangitis, concern for spreading infection)
Fase 2: Phase 2: Weeks 1-2 (Uge 1–2)
