Restitutionens faser
Fase 1: Phase 1: Weeks 1-2 (Uge 1–2)
Restriktioner:
- Active pilonidal abscess requiring acute drainage before definitive surgery
- Active skin infection overlying surgical site
- Immunocompromised state with uncontrolled infection
Kontakt dit behandlerteam hvis:
- Heavy bleeding from wound
- Fever above 38.5°C with worsening wound pain or redness
- Wound dehiscence with visible deep tissue (for closed wounds)
- Large amount of purulent drainage with systemic symptoms
- Inability to care for wound (no caregiver assistance available)
Fase 2: Phase 2: Weeks 3-6 (Uge 3–6)
Fase 3: Phase 3: Weeks 7-12 (Uge 7–12)
