Restitutionens faser
Fase 1: Phase 1: Weeks 1-2 (Uge 1–2)
Restriktioner:
- Active anastomotic leak
- Hemodynamic instability
- Active GI hemorrhage
- Inability to tolerate oral fluids
Kontakt dit behandlerteam hvis:
- Fever above 38.5°C with abdominal pain or rapid heart rate (anastomotic leak concern — life-threatening)
- Persistent tachycardia above 120 at rest (leak, PE, or hemorrhage — may be only sign of leak)
- Severe sudden abdominal pain (leak, internal hernia, or bowel obstruction)
- Bloody vomit or large-volume bloody stool (GI hemorrhage at staple line or anastomosis)
- Sudden shortness of breath or chest pain (pulmonary embolism)
- Inability to keep any liquids down for more than 12 hours (obstruction, stricture, or severe dehydration)
- Confusion, vision changes, or unsteady gait with recent prolonged vomiting (Wernicke encephalopathy — thiamine emergency)
- Burning epigastric pain worsened by eating with dark or bloody stool (marginal ulcer with possible bleeding)
- Severe intermittent crampy abdominal pain, especially weeks to months after surgery (internal hernia — can present late)
- Loss of consciousness or near-syncope
Fase 2: Phase 2: Weeks 3-4 (Uge 3–4)
Fase 3: Phase 3: Weeks 5-6 (Uge 5–6)
Fase 4: Phase 4: Weeks 7-8 (Uge 7–8)
