Restitutionens faser
Fase 1: Phase 1: Weeks 0-1 (Uge 0–1)
Restriktioner:
- Active wound infection at the closure site (removal may be necessary but wound management changes)
- Wound dehiscence evident on assessment (partial removal or no removal with reassessment)
- Patient on therapeutic anticoagulation with evidence of wound hematoma (coordinate with surgeon)
Kontakt dit behandlerteam hvis:
- Wound separates widely after staple or suture removal
- Significant bleeding from the wound that does not stop with 10 minutes of direct pressure
- Signs of infection: spreading redness, warmth, purulent drainage, fever
- Wound edges turn dark or dusky (concern for compromised blood supply)
Fase 2: Phase 2: Weeks 1-2 (Uge 1–2)
