Fase 1: Phase 1: Weeks 1-2 (dækker uge 1–2).
Restriktioner
- Stoma necrosis requiring revision
- Complete stomal obstruction
- Active peristomal sepsis
Kontakt dit behandlerteam denne uge hvis:
- Stoma color change to dark purple, brown, or black (necrosis)
- No stoma output for 24+ hours with abdominal distension (obstruction)
- Heavy bleeding from stoma (more than minor oozing)
- Stoma retraction below skin level with inability to maintain appliance seal
- Severe abdominal pain with distension
- Fever above 38.5°C with peristomal redness or systemic symptoms
- Signs of significant dehydration (decreased urination, dizziness, confusion)
