Restriktioner
- Suspected Bartholin gland carcinoma (rare, in women >40 with solid mass)
- Uncontrolled cellulitis requiring IV antibiotics

- Rapidly expanding swelling with fever (spreading infection, necrotizing fasciitis concern)
- Heavy bleeding from the surgical site
- Fever above 38.5°C with worsening vulvar pain
- Inability to urinate from swelling
