Restriktioner
- Active perineal wound infection requiring IV antibiotics
- Wound dehiscence requiring surgical revision
- Rectovaginal fistula (requires specialist management)

- Heavy vaginal bleeding (soaking more than one pad per hour)
- Fever above 38.5°C with perineal pain (wound infection, pelvic abscess)
- Inability to control bowel movements (new or worsening fecal incontinence)
- Wound dehiscence (repair opening)
- Severe perineal pain unresponsive to medication
- Foul-smelling discharge from perineum or rectum
- Inability to urinate
- Thoughts of harming self or baby
