Fase 1: Phase 1: Weeks 0-2 (Uge 0–2)
Restriktioner:
- Active re-accumulation of hematoma requiring further surgical intervention
- Uncontrolled intracranial pressure
- Active coagulopathy that has not been corrected
- New or evolving neurological deficits requiring acute workup
- Active CSF leak
- Ongoing hemodynamic instability

- Severe sudden headache ('thunderclap' or worst headache of life)
- New seizure or recurrence of seizures
- New weakness or numbness in any limb or face
- New speech difficulty or inability to find words
- New vision changes (blurred, double, or loss of vision)
- Confusion, disorientation, or sudden change in mental status
- Clear watery drainage from wound or nose (possible CSF leak)
- Loss of consciousness or unresponsiveness
- Heavy bleeding from the surgical wound
- Severe neck stiffness with fever (possible meningitis)
- Progressive drowsiness or difficulty staying awake (possible hematoma recurrence)
- Return of pre-operative symptoms (headache, confusion, weakness) after initial improvement
- Sudden personality change or agitation
Fase 2: Phase 2: Weeks 3-6 (Uge 3–6)
Fase 3: Phase 3: Weeks 7-8 (Uge 7–8)
