Generelle forholdsregler

• Active wound infection at the surgical site
• Uncontrolled coagulopathy
• Complete avulsion of nerve roots from spinal cord (requires alternative reconstructive strategy)
• Patient unable to participate in postoperative therapy program
• Severe vascular compromise to the affected limb

Fase 1: Phase 1: Weeks 0-4 (Uge 0–4)

• Active wound infection at the surgical site
