Fase 1: Phase 1: Weeks 1-2 (Uge 1–2)
Restriktioner:
- Active CSF leak requiring re-operation
- Adrenal crisis (requires acute management)
- Severe hyponatremia requiring inpatient management

- Clear watery fluid draining from the nose, especially when leaning forward (CSF leak)
- Severe sudden headache
- New vision changes or worsening of pre-operative vision loss
- Severe nausea and vomiting (intracranial pressure or adrenal crisis)
- Excessive thirst with frequent large-volume urination (diabetes insipidus)
- Confusion or change in mental status (hyponatremia or adrenal crisis)
- Heavy nosebleed that does not stop with gentle pressure
- Fever with severe headache and neck stiffness (meningitis)
- Extreme fatigue, dizziness, or near-fainting (cortisol deficiency)
- Seizure
