Fase 1: Phase 1: Weeks 1-2 (Uge 1–2)
Restriktioner:
- Active shunt infection or ventriculitis requiring inpatient treatment
- Shunt malfunction with acute hydrocephalus requiring revision
Kontakt dit behandlerteam hvis:
- Severe or rapidly worsening headache with vomiting (shunt blockage/raised pressure)
- Increasing drowsiness, confusion, or difficulty waking
- New weakness, vision changes, or seizure
- Fever with redness or swelling along the shunt tract (shunt infection)
- Severe abdominal pain, distension, or vomiting (abdominal catheter problem)
- Fluid leaking from any incision or the shunt becoming visible through the skin
Fase 2: Phase 2: Weeks 3-4 (Uge 3–4)
Fase 3: Phase 3: Weeks 5-8 (Uge 5–8)
