Restitutionens faser
Fase 1: Phase 1: Weeks 1-2 (Uge 1–2)
Restriktioner:
- Active wound infection
- Hemodynamic instability
- Uncontrolled bleeding
- Abdominal wall dehiscence
- Active DVT or PE
Kontakt dit behandlerteam hvis:
- Sudden severe shortness of breath or chest pain (PE concern — abdominoplasty is a high-risk procedure for this)
- Severe calf pain with swelling, warmth, and redness (DVT concern)
- Heavy arterial bleeding from incision or drain sites
- Sudden severe abdominal pain with rigid abdomen (bowel injury or abdominal compartment concern)
- Loss of consciousness, near-syncope, or signs of hemorrhage (pallor, tachycardia, dizziness)
- Wound dehiscence with exposed tissue
- Umbilical necrosis (dark discoloration of the umbilicus)
- High fever with rapidly spreading redness (necrotizing soft tissue infection concern)
Fase 2: Phase 2: Weeks 3-6 (Uge 3–6)
Fase 3: Phase 3: Weeks 7-12 (Uge 7–12)
