Restriktioner
- Active flap compromise (vascular emergency — return to OR)
- Active surgical site infection at chest or donor site
- Hemodynamic instability
- Uncontrolled bleeding from operative sites
- Abdominal wall dehiscence
Kontakt dit behandlerteam denne uge hvis:
- Flap color change: sudden pallor (arterial compromise), dusky blue/purple (venous congestion), or mottled appearance
- Loss of Doppler signal over the flap — surgical emergency
- Flap feels cold or hard compared to surrounding tissue
- Capillary refill absent or markedly prolonged (>3 seconds) or excessively brisk (<1 second with dark blood)
- Sudden severe chest pain or shortness of breath (PE concern — high risk after long surgery)
- Heavy arterial bleeding from chest or abdominal wound
- New severe abdominal pain with rigidity (abdominal wall complication)
- Loss of consciousness, near-syncope, or signs of significant hemorrhage (pallor, tachycardia, dizziness)
- Sudden severe leg pain or swelling (DVT concern)
- Wound dehiscence with exposed tissue
