Restitutionens faser
Fase 1: Phase 1: Weeks 1-2 (Uge 1–2)
Restriktioner:
- Active surgical site infection
- Hemodynamic instability
- Complete flap loss
- Active orocutaneous or pharyngocutaneous fistula
- Uncontrolled airway
Kontakt dit behandlerteam hvis:
- Flap color change (pale, dusky, blue, mottled) — vascular compromise
- Flap becoming tense, swollen, or boggy — venous congestion
- Flap becoming cold or firm — arterial insufficiency
- Bleeding from the neck, mouth, or flap site — risk of carotid blowout or anastomotic hemorrhage
- Respiratory distress or stridor — airway compromise, particularly if tracheostomy present
- Tracheostomy tube dislodgement or obstruction
- Sudden neck swelling — hematoma or vascular emergency
- New drainage from wound (saliva, food particles) — fistula
- Fever with neck swelling or wound erythema — wound infection or abscess
- Aspiration event (coughing, choking, desaturation during oral feeding)
