Restriktioner
- Active infection at or near surgical site
- Expander or implant extrusion
- Hemodynamic instability
- Active skin flap necrosis over expander
- Uncontrolled cellulitis

- Sudden severe redness and warmth over the expander or implant with fever (acute infection)
- Exposed hardware — expander or implant visible through skin breakdown
- Sudden significant swelling of the breast with pain (hematoma)
- Signs of sepsis: high fever, chills, rapid heartbeat, confusion
- Chest pain or sudden shortness of breath (PE concern)
- Active bleeding from incision that does not stop with pressure
- Wound dehiscence with exposed tissue or hardware
