Restitutionens faser
Fase 1: Phase 1: Weeks 1-4 (Uge 1–4)
Restriktioner:
- Active rejection requiring treatment
- Active opportunistic or pulmonary infection
- Primary graft dysfunction (severe — managed in ICU)
- Hemodynamic instability
- Airway anastomotic complications requiring intervention
- Bronchopleural fistula
Kontakt dit behandlerteam hvis:
- Same as single lung transplant lead
- Acute dyspnea or oxygen desaturation (could indicate rejection, infection, or airway complication on either side)
- Sudden unilateral chest pain with respiratory distress (pneumothorax, pleural complication)
- New hemoptysis (airway anastomotic concern — bilateral anastomoses at risk)
- Signs of sternal or clamshell incision wound dehiscence
Fase 2: Phase 2: Weeks 5-8 (Uge 5–8)
Fase 3: Phase 3: Weeks 9-12 (Uge 9–12)
Fase 4: Phase 4: Weeks 13-16 (Uge 13–16)
