Restriktioner
- Active rejection of either graft
- Pancreas graft thrombosis (surgical emergency)
- Active opportunistic infection
- Hemodynamic instability
- Significant surgical site complication requiring intervention
- Anastomotic leak

- Sudden severe abdominal pain (pancreas graft thrombosis until proven otherwise)
- Abrupt rise in blood glucose after period of insulin independence (pancreas rejection or thrombosis)
- Anuria or sharp drop in urine output (kidney graft compromise)
- Signs of intra-abdominal bleeding: distension, hypotension, tachycardia
- Fever with abdominal tenderness (anastomotic leak, abscess, graft pancreatitis)
- Signs of DVT or PE (lower extremity swelling, dyspnea — especially if anticoagulation interrupted)
