Restriktioner
- Active rejection requiring treatment
- Active opportunistic infection
- Hemodynamic instability or graft dysfunction
- Surgical complications requiring intervention (bleeding, tamponade)
- Sternal wound dehiscence or deep sternal wound infection
Kontakt dit behandlerteam denne uge hvis:
- New or worsening dyspnea, fatigue, or exercise intolerance (rejection until proven otherwise)
- New peripheral edema, weight gain of more than 1 kg in 24 hours, or jugular venous distention (graft failure)
- Fever above 38.5C with rigors or hemodynamic changes (sepsis in immunosuppressed patient)
- Syncope or pre-syncope (graft arrhythmia, rejection, or vasculopathy)
- Signs of stroke: new focal deficit, speech difficulty, facial asymmetry
- Severe chest pain (note: denervated heart typically does NOT produce ischemic chest pain — atypical presentations are the rule)
- Seizure or severe headache with visual changes (tacrolimus toxicity or PRES)
- Sternal instability, wound breakdown, or purulent drainage from sternotomy
- Palpitations with hemodynamic symptoms (denervated heart is prone to atrial arrhythmias)
