Fase 1: Phase 1: Weeks 1-2 (dækker uge 1–2).
Restriktioner
- Active rejection episode requiring treatment modification
- Active opportunistic or surgical site infection
- Hemodynamic instability or postoperative hemorrhage
- Ureteral or vascular anastomotic complication requiring intervention
- Delayed graft function requiring ongoing dialysis adjustment
Kontakt dit behandlerteam denne uge hvis:
- Sudden decrease or cessation of urine output (graft thrombosis or obstruction until proven otherwise)
- Fever above 38.5C with rigors or hemodynamic changes (sepsis in immunosuppressed patient)
- Severe pain or swelling over the graft site with firmness (hemorrhage or graft rupture)
- Gross hematuria that is heavy, clot-forming, or accompanied by pain
- Signs of pulmonary embolism: sudden dyspnea, pleuritic chest pain, oxygen desaturation
- Signs of stroke: new focal neurologic deficit, speech difficulty, facial asymmetry
- Wound dehiscence with exposed tissue or fascial separation
- Severe headache with visual changes (hypertensive emergency, PRES syndrome with tacrolimus)
- Seizure (tacrolimus toxicity or PRES until proven otherwise)
