Fase 1: Phase 1: Weeks 1-2 (Uge 1–2)
Restriktioner:
- Active groin or scrotal infection
- Subclinical varicocele (palpable only with Valsalva) in a patient with normal semen parameters and no pain
- Isolated right-sided varicocele without left involvement (requires evaluation for retroperitoneal pathology before repair)

- Rapidly expanding scrotal or inguinal swelling suggesting hematoma
- Fever above 38.5°C with wound redness, warmth, or spreading skin changes
- Severe testicular pain suggesting testicular ischemia from arterial injury
- Signs of systemic infection (fever, chills, confusion)
- Sudden onset of hard, tender testicle (torsion or ischemia concern)
Fase 2: Phase 2: Weeks 3-6 (Uge 3–6)
