- Wound / Incision Inspection — Check incision sites for infection (redness, drainage, dehiscence).
- Hydration & Nutrition Log — ERAS emphasizes early oral intake and adequate hydration.

- Sudden severe pelvic pain (cuff dehiscence or hematoma)
- Fever above 38.5°C with pelvic pain or foul discharge

- Calf pain with swelling (DVT)
- Inability to urinate after catheter removal
- Tissue protruding from vagina (cuff dehiscence — emergency)
