Restitutionens faser
Fase 1: Phase 1: Weeks 1-2 (Uge 1–2)
Restriktioner:
- Active untreated urinary tract infection (treat first, then proceed)
- Uncorrected coagulopathy
- Known intraperitoneal bladder perforation requiring open repair (recovery follows different pathway)
Kontakt dit behandlerteam hvis:
- Heavy bleeding with large clots or inability to urinate (clot retention)
- Fever above 38.5°C with chills (urosepsis concern)
- Severe abdominal pain or abdominal distension (bladder perforation or peritonitis)
- Inability to urinate after catheter removal
- Signs of systemic infection (fever, rigors, confusion, low blood pressure)
Fase 2: Phase 2: Weeks 3-6 (Uge 3–6)
