Restitutionens faser
Fase 1: Phase 1: Weeks 1-2 (Uge 1–2)
Restriktioner:
- Signs of severe hand ischemia (steal syndrome) in the access limb
- Active infection at or near the surgical site
- Thrombosed (clotted) fistula requiring urgent salvage
- Uncontrolled bleeding from the surgical site
Kontakt dit behandlerteam hvis:
- The buzzing or thrill over the fistula stops (the fistula may have clotted)
- The hand on the fistula side becomes cold, pale, painful, numb, or weak (steal syndrome)
- Heavy bleeding from the fistula or surgical site that does not stop with pressure
- Sudden severe swelling of the whole arm with pain or skin tightness
Fase 2: Phase 2: Weeks 3-6 (Uge 3–6)
Fase 3: Phase 3: Weeks 7-8 (Uge 7–8)
