Fase 1: Phase 1: Weeks 1-2 (Uge 1–2)
Restriktioner:
- Signs of severe hand ischemia (steal syndrome) in the access limb
- Active or suspected graft infection
- Thrombosed (clotted) graft requiring urgent salvage
- Uncontrolled bleeding from the surgical site

- The buzzing or thrill over the graft stops (the graft may have clotted)
- The hand on the graft side becomes cold, pale, painful, numb, or weak (steal syndrome)
- Heavy bleeding from the graft or surgical site that does not stop with pressure
- Spreading redness, pus, or an opening over the graft with fever (graft infection)
Fase 2: Phase 2: Weeks 3-4 (Uge 3–4)
Fase 3: Phase 3: Weeks 5-6 (Uge 5–6)
