- Active or suspected graft infection
- Thrombosed (clotted) graft requiring urgent salvage
- Uncontrolled bleeding from the surgical site

- Blood Pressure Monitoring — BP control is critical to graft success.
- Early Ambulation — Walking promotes circulation and graft patency.
- Daily Pain & Symptom Check-In — Track pain, energy, mood, and any new symptoms to detect complications early.
- Wound / Incision Inspection — Check incision sites for infection (redness, drainage, dehiscence).
- Hydration & Nutrition Log — ERAS emphasizes early oral intake and adequate hydration.
