Restriktioner:
- Active major bleeding at the access site
- Suspected filter migration or symptomatic malposition
- Hemodynamic instability
- Untreated large clot at the insertion site preventing safe access

- Sudden chest pain, breathlessness, or coughing blood (clot reaching the lungs despite the filter)
- Severe sudden abdominal or back pain (possible filter problem or vein injury)
- Rapidly expanding swelling, severe pain, or heavy bleeding at the groin or neck access site
- Sudden severe leg swelling, blueness, and pain in both legs (vein blockage at the filter)
