- Daily Pain & Symptom Check-In — Track pain, energy, mood, and any new symptoms to detect complications early.
- Wound / Incision Inspection — Check incision sites for infection (redness, drainage, dehiscence).
- Hydration & Nutrition Log — ERAS emphasizes early oral intake and adequate hydration.

- Sudden severe leg swelling, blueness, and pain in both legs (vein blockage at the filter)
