Restriktioner
- Active ocular infection at the time of the program
- Uncontrolled glaucoma threatening the graft
- Inability to instill prescribed eye drops or attend close follow-up

- Eye Drop Schedule — Strict adherence to drop schedule prevents inflammation and infection.
- Eye Shield & Position — Protect the eye and follow positioning if required.
- Vision & Symptom Check — Detect complications such as elevated pressure or detachment.
- Daily Pain & Symptom Check-In — Track pain, energy, mood, and any new symptoms to detect complications early.
- Wound / Incision Inspection — Check incision sites for infection (redness, drainage, dehiscence).
- Hydration & Nutrition Log — ERAS emphasizes early oral intake and adequate hydration.

- Sudden decrease in vision, new eye redness, light sensitivity, or pain (the RSVP rejection warning signs)
- Severe eye pain with nausea or vomiting (possible pressure spike)
- Any direct injury or hard blow to the operated eye
- Sudden gush of fluid, discharge, or the sensation the eye has 'split open'
